You have probably played those scores during morning or midday. At evening there are more regular players who are not likely to let anyone get that good score. Player “essim0n” however played 74 - 14 score one evening in piranesi.
In both pictures you have more kills than opposite team has deaths combined - lots of noobs probably have connected / disconnected while you were playing. In “lol-scor.jpg” there is player igor_ronaldinho10 who is probably 10 years old and obviously cannot play at all (score: 5 - 34). Players like these make it easy to get very good scores.
De_piranesi is in my opinion the easiest map to get that good score. Couple times I have tried to play around afternoon and easily get score like 15 - 2. Usually I get fed up and quit after few rounds.
Good point is also the good pair of headphones. Not so importantly the quality of headphones but the volume of the headphones.
I remember once in nightfever Spawn (or someone else, don’t remember) and me were waiting in CT spawn. Then terrorists plant bomb and I could clearly hear the beeping sound from left. However Spawn went to check the bomb site at right. With a bit louder volume Spawn would have heard what I heard and realized where the bomb is actually planted.
It’s also very easy to hear people running on corridors if you have volume turned up. I recommend everyone to try playing with volume louder than usually.
Another thing is the sound quality of different sound cards. Little while ago I had to use souncard embedded in the motherboard. The voice quality was as if I was constantly in a cave. Very stale sounds. These little things may indeed be the difference between an average and a good player.

Nice score still.
