Speaking to you is like speaking to pillar. Good servers but stupid community thinking they are funny - not big surprise, I've seen servers like this so many times so I'm not confused.
For players - see you on the server!
For another people above - gloomy christmas and good luck among real people. You're gonna need it.

Yeah, my account was made 2 years ago but 80% of that time my account was inactive - also I wasn't playing CS:Source during this time.
One hour ago I got an offer from my friend and I accepted it - I got Steam key for this game for 5$. Can I play on the server when I bought the game?

Your SteamID is different then..

I already knew that. I just want to be sure.

SMAC = SourceMod Anti-Cheat. It's a plugin installed on the servers. It helps against the cheaters, just like you. The plugin banned you for Eye Angles Violation. ;)

Now I'm saying it frankly - I have never used any cheats. In any games, at any situation. And I beg your pardon - telling me a cheater is abusive to me, as to player with years of experience in FPS games. To be honest I don't know so much about SourceMod Anti-Cheat but I'm sure this is false-positive.
I exact more proof - I just cannot believe.

I don't understand. I just changed my nick and joined the server - except that, I didn't changed anything. What is SMAC anyway?

I love the fact that some peaple think we are idiots. :lol:
These people must also understand that our servers are not just like their home small dedicated ones. Without any security plugins...

I see how big Setti servers are so I cannot doubt this. But how is it related to my situation?

3) Map name: I don't know
4) SteamID: STEAM_0:0:1667799102
5) IP: 79.186.86.63
6) Nick when you got banned: Monstercat aka. Redux
7) Admin's name who banned you: Unknown

I just joined the server, chose the team and after a second - "Disconnect: You have been banned by this server, check css.setti.info for more info.". I downloaded CS Source from this forum, I finished installing patches and then started the game. I didn't changed anything (except my game name).
Please lift this ban, I'd like to play on this server - on another ones I have enormous ping.

Hello!
I've downloaded Team Fortress 2 1.0.7.0 and i patched it to 1.1.3.1. When i try to connect any server from Setti Masterserver, game give me that >.>
"You are in insecure mode. You must restart before you can connect to secure servers."
I deleted addons folder and no result. What i must do?
Thanks for any help!

I downloaded CS Source from b00bs's topic. It extracts successfully, but...
I have a problem!
I copied CSSource.2010.OB.NoSteam.[Setti].Patch.v24[0.to.24] to CS Source folder, where hl2.exe is placed. But when i try to run update, it says that CS:Source 2010 NoSteam [Setti] v0 couldn't be located on my system. How can i fix that?

Instrukcje, jak zainstalować serwery Setti

Przegląd

Działające przeglądarki serwerów do gier CS:S, CS1.6, DoD:S, TF2, L4D, Steam, itd.

Przeglądarka serwerów to po prostu serwer, który informuje klienta (czyli CIEBIE) jakie są adresy IP serwerów gier takich jak wyżej. To, co musisz zrobić to zmienić domyślny MasterServer na Setti MasterServer. Aby to zrobć, podążaj za instrukcją.

Serwery, które wyświetla Setti MasterServer są dostępne pod tym linkiem : http://css.setti.info/servers/. Możesz dodać więcej serwerów wypełniając formularz znajdujący się na dole strony głównej

Po instalacji MasterServera, serwery Setti zostaną wyświetlone we wbudowanej w grę przeglądarce serwerów. W Steamie serwery znajdziesz w oknie Serwery. Więc wszystko jest normalnie jak było, lecz serwery będą wyświetlane z Serwera Setti.

CZĘŚĆ II

Instrukcja instalacji
Remember to backup your original copies in case you want to revert. Pamiętaj, aby wykonać kopię zapasową pliku MasterServers.vdf na wszelki wypadek.

1. Pobierz plik: MasterServers.vdf
2. Skopiuj plik MasterServers.vdf do katalogu "config":
* Wersja NonSteam: C:\games\Counter-Strike Source\platform\config\MasterServers.vdf
LUB
* Wersja Steam: C:\Program Files\Steam\config\MasterServers.vdf
3. Oznacz plik MasterServers.vdf jako tylko do odczytu.
* Kliknij PPM na plik MasterServers.vdf > Właściwości > Tylko do odczytu. Potem kliknij OK.

Ustawienie pliku jako Tylko do odczytu jest BARDZO WAŻNE!

Ustawienie tej opcji zniweluje możliwość podmienienia pliku np. podczas aktualizacji Steam.

Aktualizacja pliku MasterServer.vdf powinna działać dla każdej gry (CS:S, CS1.6, DoD:S, TF2, L4D, L4D2, ...). Wszystkie gry bazujące na HL i HL2 posiadają ten sam mechanizn wyszukiwania serwerów.

Przeglądarka serwerów Steam działa również z Serwerami Setti. Po spatchowaniu Steam Masterservera, wszystkie gry bazowane na HL1 i HL2 uruchamiane poprzez Steam będą działać ze spatchowanym Setti Masterserver. Dla przykładu Team Fortress 2 oraz Left 4 Dead działa poprzez Steam


CZĘŚĆ III

Setti masterserver w grze Left 4 Dead

Gracze mogą też znaleźć serwery w Masterserwerze Setti. Gracze muszą dołączyć do Steamowej grupy "Setti Games" aby zobaczyć serwery podczas gry.

Serwery są wyświetlone w głównym menu gry oraz w ekranach "Noraml" i "Versus". Gracze nie będący w grupie Steam "Setti Games" wciąż będą widzieć jedynie serwery Steamowych przyjaciół

Pomoc techniczna MasterServera

Użytkownicy MasterServera Setti mogą pomóc innym w instalacji i w problemach z konfiguracją MasterServera na forum. Forum mogą używać zarówno użytkownicy zajerestrowani, ale tez niezarejestrowani.
