he told me the whole story and there was a noob who was calling him a hacker and kept telling him to turn his hack off. my friend was messing with him about turning on and off the wallhack, he honestly did not have any hack. when he said WH ON he killed the guy somehow and he got banned. please respond. he is banned unfairly

i did everything as you said. now the server starts but after some seconds it just says "srcds.exe" has stopped working. and it shuts down :/

when i run srcds.exe for the server to start. it never does and a file called Steam_2013_02_09__11_27_14_634.mdmp got created in counter strike source folder.
how to fix it? i tried re making the server.cfg but the problem is still there
