My favourites are football manager (SI series) , warcraft III , heroes of might and magic 3  and css.Oh, Gringo reminded me of Diablo , I think it was the first game I ever played on PC (never played sequels though , only first one ).

Also on consoles : ISS pro evolution (PS1) , tekken3 (PS1) and MORTAL KOMBAT (PS2 - i played this 1 a lot , after school with my best friend , it was almost always  battle between scorpion and subzero).

few moments ago , i played for a while on dust2 with 2 other players. Terrible lag all time , its like playing a game on high graphic settings on low end computer....sometimes when i join server , its ok , but then again , sometimes its unplayable like it was today....

Let me guess. You left Setti for that community right?

Anyway. But since you refered to that community, i will mention something. That community offers paid V.I.P status. People can pay an amount of money per weeks or months i don't know and they have some V.I.P features. Here is a list of what features a V.I.P has:

When a few months ago i recommended we set a V.I.P plugin too but free instead paid, so people can have V.I.P features for free after they reach a level, people like Marioc voted down my suggestion! Now people like him, check the screenshot that you Firestarter posted and realise that players like the V.I.P plugin and its features. And they like it so much, that they even pay money to have them.

 

And i know other servers too with paid V.I.P plugin installed and they always are almost full too.

i used it as example ,as i could make that screenshot on any of crowded servers to refer to your happiness of having 7v7 players on dm server here

my suggestion - go play on several high crowded servers for some time , you will probably see something you could add to setti .

also , as you mentioned that you are active on servers , and that sometimes you play with bots waiting for other players - imagine what would more admins that are active do (eg 4 or more) .

further , as there are no players here - leave only 1 or 2 setti servers , and if they got crowded by time more servers can be added.no point of 4-5 servers with no players

Anyway. Yesterday evening i got in the DM server and it was around 7on7.

What's that?

if u want to try it , go to this server 46.174.48.111:27015   , when there are less then 10 players there

it is also dust2 only server

and basically , this plugin blocks passes (as the name says ) and it is turned on when there are less then 10 or 8 players on server

when its turned on , passes to bombsite B part of map are blocked (u cant access them , there is semi-visible wall) and only bombsite A part of map is playable , which speeds up game . And when more then 10 players join server , passes blocker automatically turns off.

Of course , number of players that turns off/on this plugin can be altered by admin

another suggestion , this time for dust2 server - sm blocker passes

$2000 map on dm server would bring more players on setti.

why?

you want to admit it or not , setti has only few players left that play regular , and even on dm server dust2 is just too big map for 4-5 players....(rare occasions with more players)

and $2000 can give interesting matchup even if there are only 2 players on server , also if there are more players -  more fun.

CS:GO no-steam?

should i start game from revloader.exe or hl2.exe

-where to put my cfg file if using revloader (files in cstrike/cfg folder are not recognized when using revloader to start game)

-if i use hl2.exe , it says gameinfo.txt not existing in subdirectory hl2 and game won't start.

when i copy it there game becomes messed up

downloaded and installed patch 1 > 2 , version txt says version 2

downloaded patch 2 > 3 , it says it failed to install cause of unknown steamclient.dll version

any other solution besides reinstall  game ?

ontopic , i recently played on server with this plugin , and it speeds up game when only several players active , which is common on setti

i would suggest adding plugin for closing passages to bombsite b, when less then 8 players on server , so only A bombsite part of map is playable.

when more then 8 players join , passages automatically become open.

imho map is too big when only 3-4 players on server

1. When you make a permban request about a WallHacker, always mention the ticks. The demo's duration is around 2 hours. No need to mention more.

You don't. Indeed the servers got DDoSed, but that wasn't the reason that server died.

nor adding new maps was.server was dead before new maps were added

 When we installed the rest go4css maps, the server died.

wrong. if u can remeber server died month or so before new maps were added , cause off ddosing and technical problems , if i remember correct.

I have logitech c270 hd web cam , when i test mic in css voice options its ok , but i can't use it ingame.
