I think it's even larger than Arma 2 / DayZ map Chernarus: http://dayzdb.com/map
Chernarus has more detailed content in it though

Resolution is low ... but we can try with hi resolution to see what we get. But remember worlds are made from cubes you will not find any curve line there so you can't compare with DayZ map or Google map 
And to render in hi resolution big maps like Old World it take some time.
LE: and it should look awesome ...

Minecraft maps have unlimited size
