Now i am launch game and join any server my graphic colour very bad like this i am very tans  please help me i am upload screen shot

No. He sent me pm and his graphics card memory is only 256 mb. And the minimum required graphics card memory for CS:S is 512 mb.   I told him to go to game's video settings and set everything to low. He did it but it didn't work. He should buy a graphics card so not to use the on board one.

If the game runs out of memory space it should slow down A LOT and what  u r seeing here on his screenshots is graphic bug what happens if GPU is not stable or game files are corrupted

Yes. I doubt it's caused by low VRAM. It's rather caused by an outdated GPU or outdated drivers. I bet it's an old GPU.

He told me that he updated the driver this morning. How can CS:S load the required graphics if the GPU has low memory?

Never cared about this as I always had enough VRAM, but it probably uses parts of the slower RAM? Or it just fails like we see on the screenshots

His RAM is 8 gb and his CPU 3 ghz.
