Server doesn't start

Hello guys , I have a v34 linux counter-strike source server and when I try to start the server it stops at . I use the command "/srcds_run -console -game cstrike -insecure +maxplayers 20 +map de_dust2 +fps_max 0 -tickrate 66 -port 27015 +sv_lan 0 "

you should user ./hlds_run first

Where do i get it ? Because i only have srcds  . And so far I know HLDS is for windows .
