Hello, i have boosted my server few hours ago, but is not boosted.

Server ip: 89.39.13.145:27015

What happened? Is this server banned or something were wrong?

I also added a boost right now for this ip 89.44.246.115:27015 and this is not on list of boosted servers. So what this mean? I bought 2 boosts for nothing and i payed more than 4 euros... I want my money back or put them manually on boost.
