PVP arena players commands.

/pa list | list all arenas available
/pa [arenaname] list | list all players in the arena named [arenaname]
/pa leave | leave the arena you are in
/pa [arenaname] info | get information about the arena [arenaname]
/pa [arenaname] watch | spectate the match in arena [arenaname]
/pa [arenaname] [teamname] | join the arena [arenaname], team [teamname] example /pa dust2 blue
/pa [arenaname] bet [playername] | bet on [playername] from arena [arenaname]
/pa [unknown_command] | every unknown single command tries to join you in that order:
join the arena with name [unknown]
join an arena if there is only one defined
join an arena named "default"
If everything else fails, you get told that the arena you entered does not exist.

Only 2 arenas are available for now ... dust2 and free for all.
no rewards, no death, no items lost ... just for fun.
