after i flashed and killed him, he said something like that:

*DEAD* TupaC: b00bs is so n00b
*DEAD* TupaC: what idiot throws flash in and goes there

Ok I hope admins finally ban this guy permanently. After being a complete idiot and TKer on Setti for weeks, he now started to cheat as well. The other is "Penzos Rural" from Yugoslavia. Same thing.

These two suckers have dynamic IP from totally different IP ranges. Now CS (Serbia & Montenegro) and BG (Bulgaria) have been blocked. Sometimes this CS dude got address as RS (Serbia) and BG lamer got GR (Greece), so they might be able to join sometimes, but not too often. If they get on the server too often I'm not sure if blocking RS and GR is that bad idea either.
