No, he can do it, it's not the first time, many players are new joiners, the only think that will be the same is that only 5 team members will be on server at the tournament.

Setti Time is GMT +1 apparently, what you wrote is GMT +3.

i live on GMT, time here is 23:14 now, GMT+2 is 1:14 now. What i wrote was GMT+2, the time on that site does not take into consideration daylight savings.
I shall now call it, setti time, so, to know the time of game, go to a setti server and type "thetime" to avoid confusion.
