STEAM validation rejected

ive downloaded css updated to v72 and right after i updated it says STEAM validation rejected, can't join steam servers (of course), but i also can join any of the setti servers either.

Steams not open,
All the files are right (i think),
and everything is updated to latest version

before i updated it said authencation protocol then after i updated it said servers have newer versions, so i update to latestest, and now it says this STEAM VALIDATION REJECTED, if you know if an solution or thing that could possible help besides reinstalling because i already did that several times PLZ reply!

Is the shortcut correct? Can you post the commands that the shortcut executes? E.g. hl2.exe -console -....

Make sure that you have date set right on your pc, had an issue today when I made it 2009, then turned back to 2012 and it worked
