hi, i just installed today v54 of setti CS source update..

when i join any server, it always show "steam validation rejected"

this is the launch options:: "C:\Counter Strike Source 2010\launch css.exe"

and these are the files inside my main folder..

Just try to turn off your router, then launch css, just when the css launched turn on the router and connect to any servers.

iv tried that now, still validation rejected.

can you guys play without any errors in all of the servers?

I can play without any problems, but I'm using Steam CS:S. Try to execute place_shortcut_on_desktop and use the new created shortcut. Maybe this will help..

I have this CS Source installer >> http://thepiratebay....NoSteam_[Setti]

then i downloaded the latest cumulative patch from this forums.

i tried to execute "place_shortcut_on_desktop", then used that icon to play, still rejected.
i also tried to run as admin, still rejected.
i also tried to run as "windows xp sp2" , still rejected.

Are you sure that you installed the v1 - v54 one?

yea it was 1>54, but i had v53 installed a while ago, so i installed this version 1>54..

i will now try to re install from beginning.

OH! i can now join in different servers.

after re install a clean copy, its working,

v53 to v54 using cumulative patch was bad idea

damn this is weird, at first i can join , now im getting again rejected. what can i do?
