Judging from the naivety of coming back with the same nick, makes me think that maybe he will keep his promise and won't cheat again (at least in the near future ).

You don't need this list and anyway only admins can see/use it.

ridanrekas no, you can't cheat. No matter if you have steam or not.
And the list of all banned players is not intended to you or any other member of Setti community. Only admins can see that list.
