Manually fixed.

Have you changed something on the server in the last two days? Anything? New admin mod, new ban management plugin? New version of x plugin? Started new server and copied settings over? Anything?

This happens so rarely and Setti server scanner is updated so super rarely that it's weird that this happens.

no, nothing at all, no changed settings, no new plugins, no edited plugins +server wasn't even restarted, its uptime is 1400 minutes right now (boxes appeared two hours ago judging by the graphic)

Weird. It's definitely related to the 47/48 version stuff and how the server is checked. The packets and replies look like Source server, but then the packets and replies are not exactly like Source server's. It's strange that it's working most of the time.
