I just checked. Kickass is fine. I also tried to download the game from there via utorrent app for Android. The downloading started successfully. So try again.

Try the following.
Go here: ..\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\custom
Create a folder and name it e.g. "my_custom_stuff".
Then inside the folder you created, create another folder and name it "media".
After that, inside the "media" folder put your custom intro.
Finally go here: ..\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\media
Open the startupvids.txt file and in a new line type this: media/[name-of-your-intro-file]

1. You can reset your stats in two ways.
- "stats_reset" (console command)
- Options > Multiplayer > "Reset All Stats" button

But that will not reset your achievements. If you want to reset them too, you will need an external app. It's called SAM (Steam Achievements Manager). But i'm not 100% sure if it's working for non-Steam CS:S.

2. If you want to set a unique avatar for each bot, it's not possible. I think you can only change the default CT and T avatars. Try the following and tell me if it worked.
Create your custom avatars. One for CTs and one for Ts.
Save them in vtf format. The file names must be "avatar_default_64" (for CTs) and "avatar_default-t_64" (for Ts).
Then place the avatars here: ..\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\custom\my_custom_stuff\materials\vgui (create the folders that are missing)

Can we make a clan tag for CT and T BOT ?

In CS:S client i only know the "bot_prefix" command. It goes like this: bot_prefix [Setti]
And it sets a prefix for both CT and T bots. I don't think it's possible to set a prefix for CT bots and another one for T bots. On the other hand, in CS:S server it is possible to do that via a plugin.
