You can submit your server with the form at the bottom of the main page. Setti's server scanner will then automatically scan your server and add it to the list if everything is OK.

Go to main page ( http://css.setti.info/ ) and write your server address to the form at the bottom.

It's updated every few minutes. But in your case it seems that you've forgotten to patch your server. It's all yellow because there's no data. There's no data because your server isn't patched.

I believe the slowness problem is related to users not having reverse DNS. I tried to find some options to disable DNS checking in the forums but I didn't find any. Also, I didn't find settings for upload sizes

i can download, it is ok, but little bit slow. i am in offcie anyways, here is inet and network are from 20 Century, so never mind.
