It's possible that your ban is permanent. About two weeks ago I noticed that all "bad name" bans were pemanent. They were supposed to be only short bans as they are now. Post your SteamID.

Changing bad name ban to a kick is a good option.

I banned Sigma and Bedrock for 1 hour for being stupid. I was about to post here on the forums about this but it's good that you got here first.

So here's what I was about to actually post:

Today I witnessed stupidity (read the definition what I actually mean on the link) on the server. There was a cheater. Cheater's name was <ExG>IlikeVodKa.

Then I saw reports like these:

Something to note about above thing (stupidities):

1. Saying "cheater" - without saying who is cheating

2. Saying "i like vodka" - yeah, "I like beer"? WTF? Say his name, not just some random bullshit.

3. Saying "we have hacker" - yeah? so what? who?

4. Saying "killed we got a hacker" - Did you mean: "k1ller, we have a cheater called IlikeVodka, he's using aimbot"

5. Weewee's "exg is hacker" was like 20% right but I was alive at the moment and probably missed that line, anyway, his name wasn't "exg" but "<ExG>IlikeVodka"

6. Saying "k1ller?" - yeah? what? what do you want?

7. I'm asking "eXig?" - meaning "Do you mean eXig3nT?"

8 & 9. "yes" and "yup"

After confirmation from two players (Bedrock and Sigma) I banned the wrong guy. After that I banned both of them for 1 hour. At this moment Bedrock has PM'ed me asking why he got banned. For being an idiot - that's why.

Now for the last 15 minutes I've been writing this post and unbanning [L]XT# loves eXig3nT by finding his SteamID from the log files.

I hope you were drunk or any other reason. But otherwise wtf?! How long does it take to write the cheater's name and reason in one line? "k1ller, IlikeVodka is using aimbot"?

Sry, there are two commands to remove bans and I used the wrong one. Now the ban should be removed.
