@CC: In romania gypsies only go to school untill 8 grade. Their law does not allow them to go to school any more then 8 grades. There was a case few years back with a gypsy girl that wanted to go to highschool and her parents and local leader "bulibasa" did not allowed her. But most of them don't go to school at all, instead they learn how to steal. Their parents teach them that, it's their way of life.

Sweden saw an increase in Gypsies after the mass deportation from France. It took a while for the Swedish government to notice the pattern, Gypsies did not attend in school, turns out their parents were keeping them at home.
