I tryed to pay setti for my second server and the ip it`s blocked,i dont know why...

Hi i have only one question. My server don`t apear on servers list. It say`s Illegal pie plot.Sum of all data is zero for pie plot! Whay is that?can anyone tell me? I just boosted for a weekly boost.
