I got CSS to work on your servers just fine, however I couldn't do the same for TF2, unfortunately.
I've got some unexpected errors. At first I recalled "oh right, shut down Steam". Done, no-go.
Then I turned off my FW (ZoneAlarm) which fixed an issue for me with CSS; still a no-go.

Came to here in need of assistance, found one nearly similar topic related to my issue, but how he solved the issue (update TF2)
didn't work on me as I've updated it to 1.7 already and I double-checked the servers I try to connect are using 1.7 version as well.

Found this and followed *carefully* instructions, but it didn't help.
So I wondered should I rename it to serverbroswer.vdf, because at C:\Games\Team Fortress 2\platform\config were no MasterServers.vdf.
Tried, but yet it refused to show any servers.

TF2 release I torrented is called Team Fortress 2 Non-Steam and it came with a patch 1.7 that I applied without issues.
Here's a SS of my current situation.

I wish some helpful person could give me advises regarding the matter, thanks in advance! :)

You need to update your TF2 game. Dunno where because I don't play this game...

You need to update your TF2 game.

Hold up.
Update my TF2 game? Is it not exactly that when I patch it, or does TF2 has it own terms for applying a patch and updating a game?

There are regularly updates to TF2. Check update history at http://www.steampowe...ndex.php?id=440

I think the easiest way to get TF2 (and other games which get updated regularly) working is:

1. Install Steam
2. Patch Steam (http://cs.rin.ru/for...wforum.php?f=29)
3. Install CFToolbox
4. Download updates at cs.rin.ru Content Sharing Board
5. Apply patches via CFToolbox

For step 2) there seems to be all sorts of different programs and stuff. Check the stickied topics.

For step 4) there seems to be http://rinru.tk/ service which apparently tries to make it easier to find and share updates.
