not printing downloads

my samsung scx 4300 will only print a test page, from word & documents but will not print any imports such as emails or anything i download. i have installed a new toner cartridge but didnt clear this up. Where am I going wrong?

Well, you're asking on a gaming forum for instance. That's where you're doing wrong, I believe. But hey, somebody might help you:)

thakns for your comments but as i am 76 and not clever with these issues i do not know where to ask!!! Even asked PC world and they had never heard of this before.
