Well, I created a SRCDS for CSS too. Me and my buddy can connect, all runs smoothly. (Both using the newest NONSTEAM Version)
but now I wanted to add it to the Setti Masterlist, but I get this error (look at the attachments..)
Any ideas? We can connect, we can play and so on. So it's not on my side, I guess. Ports are forwarded too. Try to connect on this: broforcecss.dyndns.org:27015 (yeah, I use dyndns 'cause I have a dynamic IP and after 24 hours it changes, so it would be idiotic to add my IP if it is only for like 20 hours or so.)

Make sure your friends can join your server. Then submit it to Setti.

Make sure your server hasn't banned Setti's IP address and double check your firewall.

My server doesn't ban any IP's, Firewall/Router IS configured (like I already said) and my friends CAN connect (like I already said, too). That's why I'm wondering.

Yeah, that was because the server wasn't up until now. You can try again, now.

I used the srcds.exe / srcds_console.bat that was in the [Setti] CSS Orange Box torrent.
Do I have to use some specific RevEmu/eSTEAMation programm for that?

No, it has RevEmu installed already. Did you changed something in rev.ini?

Okay, I fixed the problem now.
Just update to the latest revEmu (google for it) and activate the SteamClient.dll

# Change ClientDLL to point to the original steamclient.dll

# This setting will enable VAC for your server and your server will be listed

# on Valve master server! Also, Steam clients will have their regular Steam IDs

# Please use the steamclient.dll from Steam folder!

#

# Default = (n/a)

#

ClientDLL=.\bin\Steam\steamclient.dll

That's how it should look like. Now it's working and Setti finally found the server. Thanks for yer help~

you need to read FAQ first :) -> http://css.setti.inf...-nosteam-setti/

You can find logs there:
"Counter Strike Source 2010\bin\logs\"
"Counter Strike Source 2010\srcds.exe_REVOLUTiON.log"

There was no FAQ for that. :0
Only how to setup the server. And I already did that. And my friend could connect too, just like you. So I was wondering why the fuck it wouldn't work.

read again:

Q.: How to start Dedicated Server(SRCDS) and play game from same PC?
A.: You can't play game and run dedicated server from same folder(revemu limitation), just copy game to another folder and run dedicated server from there!
And you must edit rev.ini for dedicated server to work properly, leave everything at default and change only "#ClientDLL=" to -> "ClientDLL=" , then you will see server in "LAN" tab.
Server configuration is in this file -> "\cstrike\cfg\server.cfg"
If you want to host server for internet -> search google for guide!
