Hi i wana say someting about Romanian Restricted IP address
1.This a good idea but silly.
2.Now all romanian are restricted !
3.Some of us romanian people are not like that to add redirect.
4.Is posible to make a restricted ip adress on games like were they can add redirect like in cstrike or CS:S not TF2 or L4D2
5.I host a l4d2 server and now i cant add it because all romanian have Restricted IP address

and iesterday it was no restricted ip adresa and today it is for all ip that start whit 79.113

It is possible with no-ip.com. Dynamic IP is not a big problem either. However server scanner isn't real-time scanner - it may take from 10 minutes to 24 hours for your server to show up in the list. The more often your server is up the more often it is scanned. Also vice versa, if your server is down it won't be checked so often by server scanner bot.My server is not 24/7 its 24/5 + whit dinamic ip is this a problem ?
And there posible whit a dns adress ? like no-ip.com

You add it yourself. Server add form is at the bottom of the mainpage.
If your servers is down -> server scanner bot will mark it as "offline". In 10 minutes server scanner will check the server again whether it is online or offline. Then after 20 minutes and so on. If your server is down for 2 weeks then you need to add the server again. If your server is online then the server scanner will check it more frequently again, every 10 minutes. (<- Note: that is simplification how the scanner works - in reality it is more "intelligent").
Both weed.servegame.com:27015 and balu.ddns.com.br:27015 are OK. You need to make sure that server is working at those hostnames.

Pff i can't add server same problem Restricted IP address. Contact Setti administration.
Btw i wana ask someting.. if you add my server now and if is off lather will you need to add it again or it will add automatic ?

Im acting like a kid now but..can you admin plz remove the restricted IP Addres because this will help all who is hosting part-time.
If they realy whant to play cstrike whit no redirect they will use this tutorial http://css.setti.inf...r-instructions/ but some of them are laizy to do it and starting to make topic abput fake server bla bla..if the restricted ip address is removed it wil help lots of peopple hosting part-time like me.

USA isn't blocked. In Romania one popular IP range is blocked. Most of those IP addresses are probably dynamic home connections. Get real server hosting service on other IP - not on home connection.

ok so i have done what you say. but now i have this:Get real server hosting service on other IP - not on home connection.
