When I :

1) [color="#4169E1"]hlds.exe > right click > create desktop shortcut

2) [color="#4169E1"]hlds(shortcut) > properties > In [color="#FF0000"]Target : I added ([color="#48D1CC"]+ip 60.52.21.230)

3) [color="#4169E1"]hlds -

[color="#0000FF"]Game : Condition Zero
[color="#4169E1"]Server Name : Testing Server
[color="#00BFFF"]Map : de_dust_cz
[color="#48D1CC"]Network : Internet
[color="#9ACD32"]Max.players : 20
[color="#008000"]UDP Port : 27015
[color="#2E8B57"]RCON Password : 123
[color="#9ACD32"][tick] [color="#0000FF"]Secure ([color="#4169E1"]Valve Anti-Cheat)

4)Start Server

Then It shows up

[color="#FF0000"]Fatal error - Dedicated server

[color="#FF0000"](X)[[color="#48D1CC"]Couldn't allocate dedicated server IP port [color="#808080"]27015]

i get this error, too
try without the ip line
the server may start showing local ip,
but people can join ur external ip:port

at the moment i have a problem with adding my gmod server to setti, but people can join it

I connect my external ip(:27015) but it cannot connect in .... just like I doesnt create Server..My IP Address shows up ( Lan ) : 192.168.1.2

Anyone help !? The Best helper is Admin ! Can Admin you help me ?
