when i try to open my css it makes me Wait like 5 seconds and nothing happen

depends on what css u have
if u have the one from setti, i think they have an own css
they can probably help u here.
do u have cracked css with rev.ini?
im better with gmod trouble shooting but maybe i can help with css too

however, are you starting from a shortcut?
or did u try to launch hl2.exe?
u need a correct shortcut

please rightclick the shortcut and click properties. then look 4 the target window and paste the path line here

hmm is your comp strong enough to run it? i already had people with 1.6 ghz cpu wondering why it doesnt work

well did u change anything on the files after extracting what may have messed it up?

no it was along time ago

then u changed a lot of stuff that may have messed it up. what about reextracting?
if u have enough space u can just try to reextract and import ur data to the working version.

it worked thanks men but can i like move my achevments

im pretty sure you can.
but i dont know which files contain the achievements stuff.

when i tried to import my achievements without pasting all stuff over -and maybe messing it up again- i copied only some files, checked if the achievements are imported
if not, continue copying stuff over until it works. then, if u know which files u changed when it worked u just need to locate the exact file. however, i would just copy all stuff over, but im not sure what u can take from your old css without messing it up.

i guess u find stuff on google when u search "where is css data saved?"
