Setti problem

Hi! I dont really use this forum, so if i make a mistake; sorry.
So, my problem is, that a day or two, there was a big lag at setti, and my game froze.
After that everything was ok, but on setti(only on setti:S) , i have a lag before i die.
I cant see, or hear the end of my last hp. The best example is, when i got killed by an awper, i dont hear the sound of the gun.
In the console, there is more information. It doesnt show the damages that i have made or i have taken.
The only thing that pops up is this:

Couldn't dispatch user message (31)
Netchannel: failed processing message svc_UserMessage.
Fragment transmission aborted at 1/1.

I dont really understand the message.
Does anyone has idea about the problem? Please help

Server was updated couple days ago. Old clients might have some problems with the update. You are probably not alone with the problem so ... anyone with any problems lately (game related) post here.

Ok, so i use the GrCsek made css with CSS_Patch_v18_30-10-2007-DZ.
This seems a bit old, so i decided to search deeply on Dz forums. Nothing!
I have found this torrent so far:

This torrent has 2 install files, 1 read me file, and a v18.5 patch.
Ive just downloaded the v18.5 patch, and I've installed it.
....
But... nothing really happened, the damages couldn't received either.
but ill continue the search, because this "lag before i die" thing makes me crazy, and the whole game unplayable.

Solution:

1) Uninstall your CSS
2) Download and instal legit Steam
3) Create a new blank (empty) Steam account
4) Close Steam
4) Download "UnDeadPatch v6.6" from cs.rin.ru (you'll need to register the forum)
5) Patch your Steam using "UnDeadPatch v6.6" (read carefully instalation instructions)
5) Download "counter-strike source client.gcf v56" and place it in Steam/steamapps folder.
6) Start Steam and under "My Games" tab scrol down to Counter-Strike Source and hit install.
7) Wait for the game to be 100% ready.
8) Play

This will fix no damage error message in your console and "Couldn't dispatch user message (31)" or "Fragment transmission aborted at 1/1". The only downside is that you must run Steam in order to play CSS.

For now this is the only solution to have a fully working CSS version.

The current emulators seem to be obsolete due to the fact that Valve released an update and until proper steam emulators are released and DigitalZone will make a working standalone there may be some time.

im not giving up by installing that annoying steam!I must find an easier way. Btw, Big Thanks really with posting how to install it, i appreciate it! Cheers

I wish there was an easier solution too.I myself hate to run Steam and need a standalone.
Latest nonsteam patch is 2 years old and trying to rip the game from legit GCF's it's a lost cause and you'll get in the same spot like you are now.You'll end up with the same game version(obsolete) .I already said this before, no need to repeat...
