Alright you ungrateful noobs, I made a patch I call Patch 19 as an update to DZ Patch 18. This is for standalone (non-Steam) version of the game by DZ/DigitalZone (not tested on other versions). It fixes the latest errors we have on Setti server due to it's update. Adding favorites works also now.

It's not working. It says:
The procedure entry point SteamGameServer_GetIPCCCallCount could not be located in the dynamic link library steam_api.dll. It says that twice and then exits, never even launching the GUI.

You are likely not using clean DZ release or have installed/modified various files through time. Patch 19 was tested and works only on clean DZ standalone CSS version with Patch 16 (cumulative), Patch 17 and Patch 18 installed.
The best way to play on Setti is to use the DZ (DigitalZone) release with all updates:
1. install CSS_Full_(07-07-2005)-DZ
2. install CSS_HL2_Textures_(04-05-2006)-DZ to the same folder as 1. (overwrite)
3. install CSS_Patch_16_(18-12-2006)-DZ (cumulative 1 to 16) to the same folder as 2. (overwrite)
4. install CSS_Patch_17_(04-04-2007)-DZ to the same folder as 3. (overwrite)
5. install CSS_Patch_18_(30-10-2007)-DZ to the same folder as 4. (overwrite)
6. install CSS_Patch_19_(08-11-2009) to the same folder as 5. (overwrite)

Again, any customized files should be backed-up. The game obviously has tons of customizable files and most of them get overwritten by new patches. I keep all files I customize in a safe place in case I need to re-edit or replace the originals again.
I'm guessing buymenu related files are under cstrikeresourceui
Or just change the "b 8" to "b 6" either in your cfg/bind or in your mind.

Alright, download this ServerBrowser.dll file and put it in your bin folder, for example C:GamesCounterStrikeSourcebin
I also updated the original setup file and posted new link in the first post so if you're reading this in, say, year 2011 and the above link doesn't work anymore, download the setup file again from the first post.
