Oh please, this is sooo simple. You can't play CSS on that PC. End of story.

from where you got Directx 10 in Windows XP ?? Is a fake and lot of Games "hate" directx 10 in windows XP .

Here you find all info about uninstall DirectX http://www.pcauthori...nstall-directx/

After uninstall is done go here http://www.microsoft...aylang=en&id=35 and take original DirectX from Microsoft.
