Annual Setti meeting could be arranged this year in Berlin in September. The exact date is still open but most likely on weekend at 16. - 18.9. or 23. - 25.9.

Berlin is easy to reach from most parts in Europe.

btw if many ppl come could there be an arrangement to book a hostel or a hotel so we can have group prices and the whole trip come cheaper?
( from thessaloniki there are flights with easyjet from 150 euro to berlin με επιστροφη )

The idea is to meet somewhere in the city. Then most likely we'll go drink something and see the city. Then everyone continues their own ways.

You can obviously organize hostel with people who are interested in sharing the cost. Communicate on this forum / Steam / wherever about the details. There won't be any "official" arrangements other than the meeting place.

23.09-25.09 sounds good, but I have to check if I will be able to join at this date. I hope I can join the meeting this time.

I were in Berlin last year for 4 Days and I have found a good hostel. The cheapest price for a night was 12€ (wwith communal shower and mixed dormitory and without breakfast). So we could book the mixed dormitory (with 10 beds) only for us. It was an hostel for young people, so Hostelstaff was able to talk good english =)

My experience say that even those who say they will join 100%, later don't come at all. So there's no need to type you're not coming and also no need to apologise for it.
