When I try an join a server on CS:S, It loads, then I get 'Disconnect: You were Autokicked', any ideas?

I downloaded the torrent from this website, and the v.40 patch.

I think that it might have something to do with my name? But I can't change it. The name by default is 'css.setti.info'

Please help

A.: Name changing works only in rev.ini file, open it with Notepad and edit "PlayerName=css.setti.info" to "PlayerName=Your_nick", file must be saved into ANSI encoding!
