Only web submit is supported. Big hosting companies can use setmaster.

Еще хотел спросить, можно ли использовать SubServer при помощи dproto? Бана не будет?

You can use subserver IF you use it to support both 47/48 protocols. You can't use dproto subserver just to create fake duplicate of your server. You can use dproto subserver if you have a good reason for it.

All sort of bullshit regardless of the type - even dproto subservers - can be banned if the intention is to create a fake server. It's irrelevant how the fake server is achieved. Intention is the main factor.
