There was a lot of news about CS:GO and nothing this year... looks like a slow start.

I got the beta for a few days now.
Weapons feel as wimpy as they look and sound, though graphics are better than CSS, it's hard not to notice those oversided hands and weapons taking half of screen.
For now I only found 5on5 servers; quick buy key "O" is removed... this will take some time to get used to but it's not all bad because there are a lot of maps and mods to choose from plus it's still a beta.

I didn't play or pay for it. I think I got it as a result of a steam survey I did a couple of weeks ago. It just showed up in my inventary the past days. I don't even think these keys can be purchased since the game is in beta stage.

Anyway... anyone knows if the maps from CS:GO work on CS:S?

dude it will be 15 dollars = 12 euros that is less than a bottle of vodka or 2 cheap bottles of vine, and u will probably use cs:go for longer than one night.
