[Tue Aug 23 08:06:49 2011]: No INFO from 116.88.106.80:27015
[Tue Aug 23 08:06:49 2011]: Could not request server information

my IP. 116.88.106.80:27015

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking any connections.

Ask your friends to connect to your server. When your friends can connect then Setti's server scanner should be able to join too.

Sorry i'm very new to this.

My friends able to join the server with no connection problem and no high pings but.. I'm wondering, is my ISP blocking connection? Only Singapore local people can connect to my server but i asked my friends from other country, some of them can't join but some can.

Also, i just check and found out that nobody in Singapore host any server for left 4 dead 2 in Setti server list.

Hope you can help me troubleshoot.

And i'm having a problem here.

Whenever my games reach till the finale, it won't change to other maps. It's just end at the credit. Do i have to put any kind of code?

Try to get your server online reliably first. If people outside Singapore cannot connect reliably then it's likely that Setti's scanner cannot reliably connect either.

I don't know about L4D2 much. Most likely you need to set your mapcycle.txt and maplist.txt to include the maps you want to play. Use Google for more information.

Anyway, I called my ISP and check with them. They said they block ports 80 to prevent some virus. I'm not sure if this bottleneck my server.

Since they said they can't do anything about it. I guess only local people can join my server. :(

Anyway, Thanks admin.

you need to forward ports 27000-27030 on your router. unless you are directly connected to your modem (im guessing ur not if you have more than 1 computer.)

look for a port forwarding guide
