Yes. Title says it all. I think Setti should have a Minecraft server. For all of you who haven't played Minecraft, then let me tell you. It's one of the best games you will ever play! Graphics may suck, but it's still fun. I think Minecraft sells for 20 USD or somewhere around that. Please Setti, have a minecraft server!

Admins, who said admins? Setti definitely needs a Minecraft server(if you let me be an admin), i dont even know how Setti still is alive without a Minevcraft server! So.. can i be an admin? Please?

Server admins update plugins, preferably bukkit plugins. Ban Griefers and generally ensure the well being of the people and buildings on a server. The thing is you need to decide what server you want, freebuild, survivor or RPG/PVP. A server like that needs lots of planning but the game is good and when you have a successful server you feel good. 
I actually think it would be a great idea to have a minecraft server. Possibly have one of each, like freebuild and survivor. Even RPG if you are brave enough to tackle the tricky permissions.
On a freebuild server you: Build as big or as small as you want. You can decide if you want to play legit or you can spawn items by typing, /give [name] [itemid] [ammount] You can also make sign that people right click on to that they can get items for themselves (this way is less work for an admin or moderator because they don't have to type out this command everytime a player wants an item.)
Admins can ban by typing /banip [playername] or kick by /kick [playername] they can even change the time from day to night by typing /time [day/night].

Survivor consists of player being completely left to their own devices. They have to mine their own ores/stone/wood/dirt/sand. They can build what they want but they have to get the materials themselves. The admins in this case would keep order in the server and stop people from using wallhack (see's through the ground to itemize ores and rare minerals) Stop fly hackers.
Let me point out that in freebuild it is a good idea ti=o allow people to use flymod. Helps them build amazing structures with ease.

It'd be actually nice to have more servers. We have TF2 servers installed even now but running them is impossible without admins. It's also difficult to run servers without knowing much about the games.
Is there a free version of Minecraft available anymore?
