Dear Setti administration,
Hello,recently me and my friend have opened a counter strike 1.6 community.We ordered vps and setted up our servers.After that,we tried to order your server boosting services,but we got a error,saying that these ips are banned and can't be boosted.I know that our server hosting gave us a ip that was abusing your rules and we already know the name of the project that was abusing your rights.Now that community is closed.And I want to know only 1 thing.Is it possible to unban these 2 ip's?

What server hosting company are you using?

So i want to clear some things up.Are these 2 ip's unbanned?Because i just sent a sms just to try will boost work,but after sending the message,I got a response like this "css.setti.info ERROR (ACCERR002) INVALID SERVER" So my credit was taken and server wasn't added to the boosted list.Can you check it?The ip thati was ordering boost is 195.3.147.77:27015 The mobile phone that i was sending the message is +37128282018

I would like to know.Yesterday my friend sent 2 Euros to boost our war3 server (195.3.147.87:27015) but we didn't recieve the boost and also you charged the money from us.Is it possible to add boost to this ip?Here's a screenshot from paypal

No,we haven't used boost before.But we sent a sms that cost 1.50Ls to this server 195.3.147.87:27015 and haven't recieved our boost.Now 2 days ago we sent 2 euros from paypal and still didn't recieved boost.

We have used boost befor but just with sms, and thes IP's we have short time.
