Hello again, i have another problem, i cant see the server list, i click on refresh and nothing happens, what happens? i don know, please help me! how i can change the masterserver?

i have thats css, i have the v46 (68) but i cant see servers, where is the masterservers? in Rev. ini? sorry for my bad english
