hi

i downloaded this game on two other computers and it worked fine. i did it with this one and patched it and clicked on the counter strike source 2010 windows batch file to start and it says 'no permission to run cstrike'

i close steam and start the game again, but this time get "steamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0018E584) failed with error 108: The local Steam Service is not running"

i click on steam again, but it says only one instance of it can be running, though it wasn't open. what should i do?

Open task manager and kill all steam processes, or just uninstall steam, then run game.
