I found de_dust2 and de_dust from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive converted to CS:S maps!

I don't have a CS:GO Beta key, so I can't compare how they correspond to the actual CS:GO maps, but they really look like them from what I've seen of CS:GO so far.
I tested them, they are more fps consumable (You don't say!), but still playable (I hardly came below 200 fps with my own config). De_dust2 wasn't changed a lot, still more than I expected (by Valve, not the one converting the map). De_dust was changed quite a bit (there are now stairs going up from the underpass, bombsite B was moved a bit, etc. ...), but I think for the better, gameplay- and balance-wise. One thing I noticed though is that barrels aren't movable now, I'm not sure if they are in CS:GO, but in these ported maps they behave more like wall (you can jump on them, shoot through the side dealing less damage, ...).
The maps are very large, de_dust_csgo has 121 MB and de_dust2_csgo has 115 MB. I'm not sure if Setti servers can handle them and the possible traffic resulting, they can't even handle a lag-free game at the moment (else redirect everyone to download the .rar with half the size from the link above or from Setti homepage), but I'd really like to see those 2 maps on the Setti servers as soon as possible! :thumbsup:

Nice job.But you should have lower fps....with these maps...

Setti servers can handle whatever you can throw at them. CPU = no problem, MEM = no problem, traffic = no problem.

Maps will be downloadable via website bzipped - aka "fast download".

would be nice if setti could add these maps... about de_dust_csgo (what I have seen in video's) I think it is more balanced than the actuall one

Is GO4CSS a release b00bs is working on? Why not use one that's already finished (I'm not a mapper myself, I don't know about possible complications with non-steam, whatsoever ...)? Or are you saying the map(s) will be available asap?

Regarding the servers, I was just doubting them since Setti servers are very laggy for quite some time now, and the hit registration also seems kind of fucked up. Looking forward to a fix, when it's not the servers that are causing it.

I played this maps(on css)
They are same maps but enough different too bee interesting.I m not feeling to play Counter Strike Source,look like new game.

Theese maps are really bugged when you change your graphic in game after applying you will see threw doors/boxes/walls etc like wallhack. My suggestion is to way untill it's going to be fixed.

Just another glitchy map from gamebanana spam mapper. Missing csgo textures, models, sounds, no place names, broken spawn, no color correction, no water puddles, glichy 3DSkybox, fucked up hdr, fire in cars is maybe 5 times bigger than in original and you can hide behind it, invented huge nasty dust clouds probably to cover that glichy skybox, didn't fixed original map bugs, released map as final when actual cs:go map is just in beta stage :D .
You can get idea about his map just by looking at console when you start map, so just another gamebanana crap...

PS:
I think he never checks his maps for bugs, example he done that de_vertigo and what i saw when I first joined it that after you spawn as CT you need to go back to buyzone to buy guns :D , very annoying shit for rush map like vertigo...
Normal map port is done, just fixing some minor bugs and will be available this evening probably. :)

So are you working on your own release, b00bs? What about de_dust? By the way, it's not from gamebanana.
Still, I'd like to play the map(s) before the final version of CS:GO comes out. Possible?

Hehe... sure thing ;-) The new GO maps are great. I've seen the new textures and heard the new sounds :clap: Server will be launched when everything is kosher. :sorcerer:

Server ent.setti.info:27060 is available for those who have the new map. When everything is working well there will be downloadable package.

edit: went there again right now, its dust2 now, but normal map.

Ok after the latest update CS:GO DD2 is fixed !
