hello.. im paraguayan.. my problem is tha the server i want to create does not appear in the master server of the game.. but in LAN yes.. can anybody help me??

You have to read instructions how to set up server behind NAT. You have to set up couple port forwards and start your server with correct parameters. It's easy, but you need instructions for the initial setup. Try searching google and you'll find lots of instructions.

Help me please. My CS 1.6 server can not be added to server list. I was trying 6 hours ago.
After three days offline server to disappeared from serverlist. What return back?

Post more information. What is the error message? Have you read instructions?

I have no error messages.
When I add a server background becomes green, no errors.

There is no problem. Have some patience. It says in the information that it may take up to 24 hours for servers to get listed.
