How do I remove the limitation of 64 fps on XP? No I don't want to open a media player window! :)

This server isn't detected by Setti. My deathmatch server is, so there's no problem with the NAT/routing. How can I add my server to the list?



PS: why is the Setti site so slow? forum too.
