I can't join Pub3. Does anybody else has the same problem?

So, here I am, asking you to support my request. I have to say that I am not so good in words and I don't like to talk about me, but in this case I have to.

  I am 25 years old and I am from Greece. In real life I am an artist who works as a musician and sound specialist to live. I work with PCs my whole life. (My first pc was an Amstrad,for those old skool guyz who remember).
I play over a year on Setti servers usually on PUB#3, Deathmatch and lately on Go4css and I know many players;regulars and admins. Today I complete one year as a member on the forum that I visit  every day in my free time. I play for fun and my problem is that many times cheaters ruin this fun.
So this is one of the reasons that I want to be a limited admin. The other reason is that somehow, there are players who ask me to help them with cheaters because they think I am admin.
That happens with pms on my account and  online too. They even come from the other servers of setti asking for my help when they see me,especially on the early morning hours. I can't hide from you that this is not cool for me that I cannot help. When there is a cheater and no admin online, I search the other servers to find someone and many times I can't.
Now I can say that I am able to spot cheaters (after many hours of spec).  I really want to be helpful on Setti because I feel part of this multicultural society.

I am sure that you all know the problem with the radar. Sometimes it shows terrs as counters and the opposite. It is really very annoying.
