Sometimes i can't join Setti servers although they seem to be online.

The are neither showed in my favourites, nor can i connect by "connect IP". Also joining by a steam friend doens't work

Anyone got an idea what could be the problem?

He made 2 unban requests, both locked, now he is crying in PM's. What information to post?

For us limited admins it is pretty frustrating to see that not only the ban request section does not get the attention we want, but also it obviously does not reach your mind!

Every day, ban requests were made in order to help Headadmins keep our servers clean. Thusly the headadmins have to check that topic section every once in a while. Also i found this post by SyrinXeno which no headadmin read, simply because it was in the only topic section that is being elided.

This was the last time, a headadmin replied in this topic and banned someone (unless I missed a post). Some earlier ban requests are already more than 1 month old, which means the demos of a lot of ban requests have been deleted already! This leads to either a loss of deserved bans or to the possibility of false bans.
I think checking the ban requests once a month really isn't that hard, 8 headadmins would only have to check 1,5 times a year!
But we don't want to ban cheaters again for a whole month till they are banned permanently, or even have to play with them until an admin comes online (many cheaters are reported several times because they return), so I want to ask Setti administration to at least check the ban requests once a week. That's only once every 2 months per headadmin, and when it's checked that regularly, it's not even a lot of work. Else recruit trusted regulars/limited admins to check the demos for you, but please don't let us wait that long for the bans.

Sometimes there are even 3 or 4 ban requests for the same guy who keeps coming back. Why would we bother making those ban requests if you don't bother enough to keep them away forever?

In my opinion, once a week is plausible. Because there are 8 headadmins, 6 times a year ist NOT too much to ask for.

Maybe there is now at the beginning a lot to do because the last ban checkpoint was 6 weeks and 1 day ago. One reason more for you to make a schedule to take turns, that not always the same good guy (in this case it's PHOENIX) helps us to help you.
