SILENT SNIPER..Thanks it worked perfectly and im running the game at max with 110fps avg. but when i try to go Public, It says Steam Validation Rejected.When i try to replace masterservers.vdf, there isnt such file now. You got any idea to fix this?

Yeah...its new.bought it yesterday after my previous one got burnt.
Update - Tried updating v12 on my friend's PC. It was fine till now.after updating he too got white screen
Update 2 - I started cs 1.6 warzone and it is showing black screen now.
Update 3 - I removed -console and -novid in the target in properties and added -dxlevel 90 now the opening video shows and the menu appears with a green screen in the bottom.when I click something the screen goes white(CS SOURCE)
