CSS BLACK EDGES

Hi guys....

Today I was going to play css and when the menu comes up, there are 2 black edges, also in the game. I put the perfect resolution but nothing changes.

My Specs:

I3 3.10 GHz
Intel HD Graphics 2000
4 GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium

It hasn`t did this firstly, but today it has begun. I started my computer several times but nothing changed. I hope you can help me :s

ADMIN REQUEST ON CSS SETTI SERVER

Hello Setti team,

Because on the Global Offensive Server too much hackers are I would like to ask if I can be an admin! Players like xtra and others are always hacking and this is not funny. Because there aren't notimes admins I would like to be an admin and ban all this hackers from there, that we can play normally and have fun!

Please answer this question and I hope that I can be an admin!
