Disappearing servers (CSS v34 MasterServers)

Some time ago I've added several servers to my Favorites and now some of'em are not listed on Internet tab anymore, while they are online all the time. In example:

80.72.36.254:27015
159.148.102.135:27015

anyone knows, why it's happening?
