I searched you by IP and nickname and i didn't see any ban. Maybe it's your ISP that restricts you, i don't know. Just like India's ISP(s) restrict adf.ly webpage.

Btw, your situation is not that bad. Others can't even add their server in our Masterserver list.

A few things have higher priority right now. For example right now we are fixing a broken HDD because if the last one breaks too, we will have a huge data loss. We are also preparing our new forum. Just be patient. One issue at a time.

I have informed Ghost about this. He said that GeoIP needs an update. He will do it after he fixes some other things first.

They are probably fake / redirect servers. The problem is that if that IP is added in the boost list i can't remove it. I don't have access.
