Setti does not support stealing. Contact the person who you have paid. You have not done any transactions with Setti.

Rename your old server. Use name like "YOUR SERVER - NEW IP: xxx.yyy.zzz.vvv". You can keep the redirect server online for a few weeks. During that time your regular players will find your new server. Then you can take your old server offline.

Try to enable support for 47/48 protocols. You can use http://css.setti.info/#addserver to test your server. When you see green response = everything is OK. Red response = server is not accepted. Using dproto with default settings should work!

Unfortunately support for Italy has been discontinued for now. Support will be activated when it becomes possible to support it permanently. Currently it is not possible. If you have credit card you should be able to use Paypal boost.

zBlock has been installed on the main server. It should prevent some cheats probably. Post here if there are problems or something. It's running with the default config.

Today a new web server has been installed on the background. The upgrade went very smoothly. In fact, it was completely transparent to all visitors. Transition was done in about two week period. Lots of data was transferred, configuration files updated, processes and services were set up and tested.
There may be some things that are broken after update but they haven't just appeared yet. If there are broken things they will be fixed. At the moment everything seems to be working well.
The new server completely replaces the old server. This upgrade will hopefully make the (web) server more stable.
