Why my server saty in the list just 2 or 3 day's ? And after i dot find my server on the list anymore...

my ip start whit 79.xxx.xxx.xxx and i herad all these ip`s are blocked...
because i have dynamic I did an DNS: gpl.zapto.org:27015 if its possible to add to setti master server list...
