Last days I tried to add my servers but they are not announced to clients and not listed in settis servers listing under HL1-servers

I'm trying to add my and my friends HL1 servers to the list but
all I get is: "STAERR001a. Try again later."
It's been like this last 2 weeks and maybe longer than that.
And today all the servers in the list seems to have vanished from the setti webpage..
Help please

Also this year right now there seem's to be problem when adding a server. 
(
All I get is: STAERR001a. Try again later.
